Available even in an unfurnished property, including built-in units. Each unit adds 15 minutes for outside surfaces; inside cleaning adds another 15 minutes. Interiors must be empty and accessible. Kitchen cupboards are selected in the kitchen section.
Interior windows & glassChoose indoor glass and frame cleaning and any extras
External windows and difficult-to-reach glass need a separate assessment.
Carpet extractionMachine deep cleaning of carpeted areas
Add machine extraction cleaning to your move-out clean to remove dirt from carpet fibres. This is an extra service beyond the vacuuming included in property cleaning. Reduced carpet rates apply when your end-of-tenancy cleaning subtotal reaches £100, before other services or any minimum booking adjustment. Below £100, standard carpet rates apply. Delicate fibres and difficult stains need assessment.
Stain treatment pricing can vary significantly depending on the number and types of stains. Please send photos so a cleaning specialist can assess the work and confirm the price.
Upholstery cleaningExtraction cleaning of fabric sofas, chairs and mattresses
Choose fabric items for extraction cleaning. This is separate from furniture surface cleaning. Fabric suitability and unusual sizes are confirmed before booking.
GardenLawn mowing, grass collection & garage cleaning
Grass cuttings removal: £50 per visit. Lawn size, grass length and access are confirmed from photos before booking.
ConditionLast details before requesting a quote
Heavy grease, limescale, odours, delicate materials or unusual layouts may need a photo review.
